What’s Trending for Spring 2022?!

Happy April Extension Arts Family! I hope everyone is having a beautiful month so far. In this month’s blog post, I wanted to talk about Boston girl spring trends! The other day, I went down Newbury Street and watched all the girls walk by for some spring fashion inspo. I’ll give you guys the complete breakdown of it all.

So..What’s Trending for Spring 2022?!

1. Colored sneakers!

I’m not talking about your typical neutral tone sneakers, I’m talking bright colors. Sneakers with pops of orange, red, green.

2. Tinted sunglasses.

These sunglasses normally do not actually protect you from the sun (lol shocking, I know!) but they sure look cute.

3. Tiny tiny colored purses.

These purses looked a lot like the Jaquemus mini bags, but there are dozens of dupes out there! Now don’t expect for it hold anything more than a credit card! But it sure it precious looking.

4. Oversize colored button up:

I am obsessed with this look. I saw this styled a few different ways. I saw some girls wear with shorts and a little tank top. I saw other pair it with baggy trousers and white sneakers. I loved both of these looks!

5. Thick Colored Heels:

I saw a handful of girls walk around with these beautiful, thick heeled shoes. They were so fun looking! I personally have not tried out these kinds of shoes, but I am eager to do so!

6. Popcorn textured outfits:

I mean..how fun is that?! Popcorn textured clothing was also in Harper’s Bazaar Outfit Forecast Predictions. These tops take me back to when I was in middle school. I absolutely love seeing how these items come full circle in the fashion world.
