I’ve traveled from out of state twice to see Regina and she does not disappoint! This was my first experience with extensions - I had finished chemo a year before and wanted to start feeling like my old self again. I was super nervous but Regina held my hand through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything every step of the way. I was blown away by the results - my short chemo curls looked like my old long, wavy locks! Most people couldn’t tell they were extensions - they thought my hair just grew really fast. I was able to keep my extensions in for about 7 months thanks to Regina’s education on maintaining them. When it came time to have my extensions removed and get a new set, I reached out to Regina to see if she knew of anyone in my state that she would recommend. She went above and beyond (like always) and reached out to several contacts. At the end of the day, I decided I wouldn’t trust anyone but Regina with my hair so I made the trip out to Boston to see her and once again she did not disappoint. Beyond my hair looking great, Regina’s service is unmatched. I’m originally from the Boston area and was craving some local food during my appointment and Regina made it happen. She truly cares about her clients and making sure she does the best possible job. She made me feel like myself again after chemo and even cried with me when we saw the results after my first install. I couldn’t recommend Extension Arts enough.
