By the seventh or eighth week after install, your extensions will show off some growth, and they deserve a little extra lovin'. Once they start growing out, it's time to schedule that maintenance appointment to give your hair some TLC. We're talking about removing extensions, detoxing that scalp, and giving your locks the love they deserve.
