Arrive with clean, dry hair. Avoid using heavy styling product especially if you are receiving a color treatment If you’re thinking of a change. Collect inspo images and be ready to discuss your preferences with our skilled stylists.

Our appointments range from 2-4 hours and we want you to be comfortable. We also take content (if you are comfortable with that) so some opt to dress to impress with a full face beat

Punctuality

Time is of the essence. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we kindly request that you call us. Our appointments are carefully scheduled, and a 20-minute delay may disrupt the following appointments. In which case, we might need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service for all our clients.
